What Is the JPEA?

Better choices. Renewed hope. Greater fulfillment.

According to a Gallup Poll, more than 70 percent of American workers do not feel engaged at work. These individuals are more likely to be unhappy and less likely to be motivated and committed. The JPEATM results can be used to inform your choices. It's that simple.
